🚚 Shipping & Delivery

• USA: Ships from Arizona, typically within 1 business day

• Canada & International: Ships from BC, Canada, typically within 2 business days

• Lost Packages: We replace items lost in transit.

• Stolen Packages: If tracking says "Delivered" but it's missing, we cannot guarantee a free replacement. Request "Signature Required" in your cart notes to prevent porch theft and keep a close on your tracking.

💰 Taxes & Duties

• USA, Canada, Australia, & most of Europe: All taxes and duties are included at checkout. The price you see at checkout is the full and final price. 

• Rest of World: Local taxes/duties may be collected by the carrier upon delivery.

• Note: Refusing a package due to customs fees will result in return shipping costs being deducted from your refund.
